The kids’ playroom is a great success and is fully operational at this point. The joint office space is less so. Most of the material from my old office now is crammed into the room that was the playroom. As we shuffle things around, my desk gets buried behind piles and then revealed again–a rhythmic tide of my possessions as they scuttle about trying to find a new home.
If only this all was as fun as a day at the beach, but I am really beginning to see the light. I only have two more shelves to build. We have to figure out what to do with the old shelves, and then it is just moving stuff around and seeing what doesn’t fit anymore. Another round of getting rid of stuff may follow.
