Today was Touch-a-Truck in Watertown, and the event featured about twenty trucks. Ranging from a large fire ladder truck to a small leaf vacuum machine, the machines available for kids to climb on and explore was impressive. There was a big tire transporter replete with big tires and the huge claw that picks them up, an ambulance, and a strangely popular moving van. My daughter had a blast running from vehicle to vehicle, dancing on the flatbed of a tow truck, and even standing in lines to sit in the driver’s seat of some of the more special ones.
What can’t be too much cost for any of the companies to participate was a huge success and was well attended by families.
