Both my wife and I have recently received a number of compliments on how well both of our children behave. Parents at our daughter’s preschool, parents in our son’s nanny share, and other sources as well inform us about how well they share, how polite they are, and more. We love hearing it. While they sometimes do these things at home, we also see the more age appropriate behaviors as well. It is good for many reasons that we deal with the harder behaviors. I’d rather not foist the hard work on someone else, and even more importantly, my kids feel safe enough in the home environment to do their testing and show their full selves to us. This is all good. It also sometimes gives me a headache!
