My daughter has been requesting another pickle-making day. On Thursday we squeezed it in between school, quiet time, chorus, dinner, and bed. Somehow we managed to make some pickles. She loves the dill pickles with cucumbers and eggs. I went a little more wild with roasted garlic, carrots, cucumbers, roasted onion, and even mangos flavored with ginger and mustard. We’ll see how this batch turns out.
