Sunday was gray and drizzly. Like many of the other young child families in the Boston area, I headed to the aquarium with the kids. It was fairly mobbed when we got there, but the members’ line was open. We did a tour of our favorites which include penguins, jellyfish, and the outside tank of seals. One thing I did was bring two dollars of quarters and two pennies. I believe the penny crushing machines were a quarter when I was a kid, but it was fun to have this as an activity for the aquarium visit. With the membership and my monthly pass, $2.02 is not a high price for the day.
